Boardwalks & Tower
Almost two (2) miles of handicap- accessible boardwalks meander through tidal flats and mangrove forests at Weedon Island Preserve, providing visitors viewing opportunities over saltwater ponds. For those who desire a bird's eye view, the 45-foot observation tower is a great way to see Tampa Bay and the surrounding coast. Visitors are encouraged to hike in the Interpretive Trail, which is part of the boardwalk system at Weedon Island Preserve. Click here to learn more.
