Spirit Vessel
The Spirit Vessel is located near the Center's entrance. This multimedia experience of sound, video and lights depicts the interaction of humans and nature over time at the Preserve. The vessel is located in the exact center of the building with a view toward each of the four cardinal points of the compass (north, east, south, and west). In addition, a skylight provides visual access to the sky. Thus, the Spirit Vessel represents a portal to the natural and spiritual worlds. Funding for this exhibit was provided by Pinellas County's Penny for Pinellas program.
